macOS Monterey build 21F79 is the official RTM build of macOS Monterey 12.4, which was released to the general public on 16 May 2022.[1] Prior to that, it was released as a release candidate four days earlier on 12 May.[2]

Changes[edit | edit source]

  • The beta labeling on the Universal Control feature has been removed.
  • A new setting was added in the Podcasts app to limit the number of episodes stored and also delete older content.
