MS-DOS 6.20 build 3002 is an update build of MS-DOS 6.20. This build requires upgrading from MS-DOS 6.00. It was uploaded to a BBS on 19 September 1993.
Findings[edit | edit source]
- Although MS-DOS 6.20 dropped support for the MS-DOS Shell, the Step-Up update does not remove the shell.
Installation[edit | edit source]
Installs only on top of MS-DOS 6.
You need to run it from a running system SETUP.EXE. It refuses to install
on top of MS-DOS 6.20 build 2021.
