Internet Explorer 3.0 build 1086 is the official Beta 1 build of Internet Explorer 3.
New features and changes[edit | edit source]
Compared to Internet Explorer 2, the user interface has been overhauled, by enlarging the toolbar, including the buttons. The toolbar has notable Internet Explorer branding and a bolder font is used for the address bar. Apart from these, it already resembles the RTM build.
