iOS 7.0 build 11A4400f is the official Beta 2 release of iOS 7, which was released to Apple developers on 24 June 2013.[1]
New features and changes[edit | edit source]
- Setup will now ask the user if they want to create a passcode.
- The default background from Beta 1 has been removed. As a result, the background from the final release is now used.
- All features absent from the previous build (iPad support, Voice Memos, Nike + iPod, iCloud automatic backup) are now included.
- iCloud Keychain support has been added.
- The Male voice option for Siri has been added.
- HDR in the Camera app is now available on the iPad.
- UI improvements have been made to the Reminders app.
- Minor adjustments have been made to Control Center.
- Social icons (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) in the Settings app have been updated.
Bugs and quirks[edit | edit source]
- The "New Vibration" page in the Settings app still resembles iOS 6 in appearance.
- The Home Screen background will often get blacked-out or blurred.
- The timer in the Clock app will have misaligned text.
- The Calendar app will crash when put into "Year" view.
