iOS 17.2 build 21C5040g is the official Beta 2 release of iOS 17.2, which was released to Apple developers on 9 November 2023, then to public beta testers on the next day.[1][2]
New features and changes[edit | edit source]
- On iPhone 15 Pro models, the ability to capture Spatial Video for Apple Vision Pro has been added to the Camera app.[3]
- The AppleCare Coverage page in the Settings app has been moved to 'General'. Previously, it was available under the 'About' page.
- In the App Store, categories are now displayed at the top of the 'Apps' and 'Games' pages as a horizontally scrolling list.[4]
- Sensitive Content Warnings will now be displayed on inappropriate Stickers and Contact Posters.
- Siri can now inform the user their current altitude and ETA when using Apple Maps.
