iOS 16.4 build 20E5223e is the official Beta 2 release of iOS 16.4, which was released to Apple developers on 28 February 2023, then to public beta testers on the next day.[1][2]

- The page turning animation in the Books app has been re-added after being removed in iOS 16.0 Beta 1.[5]
- The AppleCare Coverage page in the Settings app has been updated to display glyphs next to listed devices.
- Slight adjustments have been made to the Always On Display Settings page on iPhone 14 Pro models.
Findings[edit | edit source]
- References to the Apple Music Classical service had been found in the code to this build. It would officially launch one month later on 28 March 2023.[6]
- Code in the Wallet app suggests that a future release of iOS will add support for Apple Pay in South Korea.
