iOS 15.8.1 build 19H380 is the official RTM build of iOS 15.8.1, which was released to the public on 22 January 2024.[1] Prior to that, it was released five days earlier as the official Release Candidate build to Apple developers and public beta testers.[2] It is only available for devices that are incapable of running iOS 16 or newer.

This build is a security update that patches two existing vulnerabilities with WebKit (CVE-2023-42916 and CVE-2023-42917).
