iOS 14.0 build 18A5351d is the official Beta 5 and Public Beta 4 release of iOS 14, which was released to Apple developers on 18 August 2020, then to public beta testers on the next day.[1][2]

New features and changes[edit | edit source]

  • A taller News widget has been added. However, it can not be added to the Home Screen.
  • Widget privacy options have been added.
  • Video resolution can now be changed directly in the Camera app for older devices.
  • An option to disable the hidden photos album has been added.
  • The time picker has been redesigned to be significantly smaller.
  • HomeKit favorites listed in the Control Center have been made smaller.
