Windows for Workgroups 3.11 build 300 RC (1993-10-21) is a Release Candidate build of Windows for Workgroups 3.11 that was recompiled several times. This is a later recompile from 21 October 1993 that was scene leaked by the warez group High Voltage on 25 October 1993, who also leaked the earlier compile from 13 October 1993. The group replaced the VGA boot screen (VGALOGO.RLE) of this build with a heavily edited one that features their name.
This recompile was often referred to as "build 411" in the past, due to the highest version number 3.11.411 found in some files. This has since been proven to be inaccurate.
