Android 1.1 r1 is an update to Android 1.0, released on 9 February 2009.

Maps[edit | edit source]

  • The user can now see details and reviews of any business in the Maps app.

MMS[edit | edit source]

  • Attachments can now be saved.

Dialer[edit | edit source]

  • Using the speakerphone will now result in the time of in-call screen timeout defualt being longer.
  • The buttons "Show dialpad" and "Hide dialpad" has been added.

Miscellaneous[edit | edit source]

  • Marquee layouts has been added.
