Amiga Unix (AMIX) is a UNIX operating system developed by Commodore-Amiga, which is based on UNIX System V. It was one of the first ports of SVR4 in the 68k architecture. It was officially designed only for use with the Amiga 2500UX and 3000UX computer models, though other Amiga models can run Amiga Unix assuming it meets the hardware requirements. Despite its advanced features, Amiga Unix never achieved widespread popularity and was ultimately discontinued in 1992.
