Windows 10 build 16199 (rs_shell_vcoreux_dev) is a build of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. Two animated .GIF images of this build were originally posted in the release announcement of build 16199, but the images were later removed.[1] A copy of these two images can be found on the Chinese website ZOL.[2] If it's real, then it's one of builds to have Control Center.
