Windows 10 build 14393 is the official RTM build of Windows 10 Anniversary Update. It was released on 18 July 2016 to Windows Insiders that were on the Fast ring, then to the Slow ring users on 20 July 2016, then to the Release Preview ring on 28 July 2016, and then finally released to the general public on 2 August 2016.
