Mac OS 7.6 is a version of Mac OS 7 which was released on 7 January 1997. References to "Macintosh" have been replaced with "Mac OS". PowerTalk has been discontinued in this version. This version drops support for Macintosh computers with Motorola 68000 and 68020 processors.
