Windows NT 3.1 build 260 is an unleaked build of Windows NT 3.1, which was mentioned in the file UTIL.C from the Windows NT 4.0 source code and in the file TEXTPERF.XLS from the Windows NT 3.5 build 782.1 source code. This build was being tested on 12 April 1992, so it was almost certainly compiled shortly before that.
