This is the *"Official Beta 2"* from Microsoft.
This build is complete, just as it came from NTBeta.
That should explain the size, this baby is packed up in cabs.
Installation notes: Unzip to a temp directory and run Winnt32.exe
From dos run Winnt.exe .

- The hibernation screen has been slightly updated.
- The minimum required amount of RAM for the Workstation SKU has been increased from 16 to 32 MB.
