Windows 10 build 16232.1004 is an update to build 16232 (rs_prerelease). It can be obtained by installing the KB2473579 cumulative update, which was released to Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring on 6 July 2017 and only included an updated version of notepad.exe.[1] This build is now currently lost, as the update is no longer available.
