Windows 10 build 15063 (rs2_release_svc_d) is an internal post-RTM build of the Windows 10 Creators Update. It was unintentionally distributed to desktop users irrespective of their enrollment into the Windows Insider Program on 1 June 2017,[1] along with several internal 16212-numbered Windows 10 Fall Creators Update development builds from the RS_EDGE_CASE, RS_DEVICES, RS_IOT, and RS_XBOX development branches.[1][2][3]

Unlike the RTM build (which was compiled from a public release branch), builds from this development branch (and its associated Windows 10 Team _shub sub-branch) utilize flight code signing.
