Boot Screen Speculation[edit source]
There's no need to be speculation for this part. The message is shown since it's a *leftover* from the Windows 2.0x debug builds. Considering all the parts from 2.x still included in this build, it's not really a surprise this one was left in as well.
(The debug versions of Windows 2.x display this very same message on bootup) 87.15.233.1 17:59, 3 September 2017 (BST)
