For BW:GUIDE. For reference, 9x boot screens such as this one are normally rendered as 640x400; VGA monitors will often stretch it to 640x480. However, screenshots should aim to preserve the original resolution of the boot screen graphic (640x400); scaling filters are often used to get 640x480 boot screenshots in this case.
Most emulators should be able to properly render 9x boot screens as 640x400. Avoid using any settings that forces 4:3 display resolution.
