Windows ME build 2452 is the "Beta 2 refresh" of Windows ME. It includes the new Windows 2000 color scheme. Many Control Panel applets have been updated, MSN Messenger has been updated to version 2.1, and a beta version of Movie Maker has been added, alongside Help and Support. The shutdown screen was also removed.
