Windows 8 build 7973 (fbl dnt3 wireless) is a Milestone 3 build of Windows 8. This build was leaked in amd64 and x86 variants on 2019-01-04. Unlike the fbl_core1_kernel_npc compile, this build still uses the Windows 7 boot screen.

Redpill[edit | edit source]

A version of Redlock was released on 2020-01-29, unlocking all redpill levels on this build, including the start screen.

The Metro in this build is identical to its alternate compiles.

Bugs[edit | edit source]

Aero[edit | edit source]

This build appears to have a slightly broken Windows Aero theme, with only the top portion of the window frame using the blur effect, leaving the side borders transparent.
