Windows 10 build 18956 is the twenty-third public build of the "20H1" update for Windows 10. It was released on 2019-08-07 to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring.
New changes
- Network status page in Settings has been revamped with a new look. The Data Usage can now displayed instead on its dedicated page.
- Improvements to the Traditional Chinese IME
- Notification setting improvements are now available to all of the fast ring
- Rollout for new Cortana Experience has been increased to 50% of insiders in the Fast ring using en-us
- Accessibility improvements
- Installation using MSIX packages no longer requiring to sideload apps.
- Calculator now supports Always on Top mode
