Windows 1.0 Final Beta Release is a fake build of Windows 1.0. The year 1985 was replaced with 1984 in several strings, and the text below "Microsoft Windows" was replaced with "Final Beta Release". This was quickly confirmed as fake by a real leaked build from 1984, Development Release 5, which looks very different.
